I received excellent service today from Eric Nguyen. I had just come from the Cadillac dealership, and although I was on the lot for 10-15 mins, I was completely ignored by their sales staff despite being seen by several of them...and although a Cadillac was my first consideration for a new SUV, this dealership has now lost a sale. When I visited the Acura dealership, Eric introduced himself right away and showed me several vehicles based on what I was looking for. He wasn't pushy or irritating as some salespeople can be, and has left me with a good impression of the entire campus dealership!
